Shipping Info: All records shipped with a cardboard stiffner and shipped via Royal Mail. Responsibility for the correct insurance / tracking is down to the buyer. I am happy to help with all options available. Any records sent without signature is at the buyers risk.
Return Policy: Damaged Items: In the very rare event that something is broken during delivery I can make a claim on your behalf. The amount claimable will depend on the insurance you have paid for. A photo of the damage would be required. All records sent are tracked via Royal Mail in the UK.
